This time last year we only had 3 pilot customers. Now every customer is paying with over 50 recruiters using our platform. We have processed over 120,000 applications, across hundreds of roles, and are seeing significant usage growth each month (~15% month on month).
As a bootstrapped British business iterating in a rapidly changing environment we owe a lot to you, our early customers and supporters. Without your input we would be nowhere.
We are now First.
Our vision is bigger than just the first stage of hiring, so we are dropping the “stage” and changing our name from FirstStage to First.
We are working with industry leading companies who want to deliver the best candidate experience and need state of the art AI tooling to hire the best of the best. It’s our mission to help you stay ahead of the competition. To be First.
Our vision
Going forward we’re placing 3 big bets:
Candidate experience — this is massively underserved and the best brands out there have a massive asset that their current tooling is spoiling. We have built the best concierge experience for candidates applying to the best companies.
Intelligent talent pipelines — our AI currently helps you get from 1,000 to 1 managing inbound application volume, but we are now expanding out, building tools to bring you top intelligence, identify where you should be sourcing from, and building candidate lists.
Complete hiring platform — the future isn’t a new ATS with AI added on top, hiring platforms will look totally different in the age of AI, and we are innovating in this space. The best part is, our platform is free for humans to use, just pay for AI.
Coming soon
We are actively building AI sourcing and intelligence tools alongside our customers. This includes making your existing databases and talent pools searchable, as well as using tools to help research and find new talent. We’re inviting our customers gradually onto our private beta programme for these features currently.
